The Committee expects consideration of 27 requests for appointing 1 city, 2 township, and 24 village mayors in connection with early termination of their powers under article 79 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine".
The Committee is verifying compliance of 30 similar requests with the Law "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine" and Committee Recommendations.
The issue on holding early local elections will be considered at the Committee's meeting on February 4, 2105.
